Denitrification uses active molecule (ozone) oxidation denitrification technology to achieve the goal of nitrogen oxide emission standards. The results show that when the adsorption pressure of the VPSA dispersion oxygen generator is 40-48 kPa and the desorption pressure is -45-55 kPa, the oxygen concentration reaches more than 92%. The cooling water temperature should not exceed 32°C. At the same time, in response to the requirements of nitrogen oxide emissions when the boiler load changes, a quantitative control method of the bench is proposed.
1. Through the analysis of experimental conditions, when the adsorption pressure reaches 40 ~ 48 kPa and the desorption pressure reaches -45 ~ 55 kPa, the oxygen concentration reaches a good value of 93% to 94%.
2. The temperature of the cooling water is greatly affected by the ambient temperature. In order to meet the stable and economical operation of the equipment, in high temperature weather, the cooling water temperature should be controlled below 30~32℃, and the concentration of active molecules should be 128~135mg/Nm3. If the cooling water temperature exceeds 37°C, the cooling water itself needs to increase the corresponding investment and operating costs.
3. Changes in boiler load will cause fluctuations in the removal of nitrogen oxides. Active dosing by the bench quantitative method can effectively reduce the influence of fluctuations on nitrogen oxide control, reduce operating costs, and realize automatic control of the system.
